Cancellation and Refund Policy

· Individual Booking Cancellation Policy :

If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation or no show charges which could include the room rate and applicable taxes for the entire stay.

Bookings cancelled before 7 days are fully refundable. Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hrs of the booking date, 30% cancellation charges will be applicable. If booking cancelled within 48 hrs, full amount will be non-refundable.

Early Bird, Extended Stay and Last Minute rates require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Any cancellations on these rates or rates requiring such pre-payment guarantee will attract a full stay cancellation charge.

· Group Booking Cancellation Policy :

04 rooms or above will be treated as group booking. Group booking cancellation needs to be done 15days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation or no show charges, which could include the room rate and applicable taxes, for the entire stay.

Bookings cancelled before 15 days will be fully refundable. If cancellation done within 15 days of arrival, 50% cancellation charge will be applicable. Cancellation done within 7 days will be fully non-refundable. 50% advance need to be deposited for booking confirmation.

Without an advance the booking will be treated as TENTETIVE basis.
